You should allow at least 90 days for the asphalt to cure. Sealcoating should be done within the first year.
No. As long as driveway or parking lot is clear of all obstacles (vehicles, dumpsters, etc.) Prime Cote can complete your asphalt maintenance. Your invoice will be conveniently mailed to you.
The normal time required is 24 hours after completion of work.
Prime Cote will flag or barricade your entrance upon completion of work.
Yes. Sprinklers should be turned off 24 hours prior to work and 24 hours after completion of work. Obstacles (vehicles, dumpsters, etc.) must be removed prior to maintenance work is done. If there is no concrete apron in front of garage doors, we ask that we have accessibility to raise doors during maintenance.
